Noise from events in the adjacent clubhouse can disrupt quiet moments, especially with late-night revelry. Bathroom facilities need attention, as issues with flushing toilets have been noted, and the breakfast service can be slow with timing and quality concerns.

I love the warm and welcoming staff here. The rooms are clean and spacious, making it a great place for families. Parking is hassle-free and it's a safe environment for kids. Definitely a solid spot for a getaway! 😊

The staff here are lovely and the restaurant serves a good breakfast at great value! ! It’s safe, comfortable, and your own front door adds convenience.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the room decor felt a bit dated. the heating in the bathroom inadequately warmed the space.

I simply cannot understand how a hotel can allow their restaurant to be closed without informing guests. the moldy, damp room made me feel like I was in a sad horror film. I woudl ve been grateful for a room upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences, but alas, it was not even offered. Wish I could give more than one star, but I just can’t.

Helpful Staff Made a Tough Situation Better

After a long journey, we arrived to find that our previous hotel was not what we expected. The staff at our new place were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. The room was a decent size and very clean, though the bathroom could have used some minor maintenance. One downside was the limited dining options. with no chef available, we had to make do without breakfast, which was a letdown.

I was really impressed with the cozy atmosphere and spacious Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was great for a relaxing wash after a long day. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

my recent stay at the tollgate was fantastic! the staff were incredibly supportive when my partner fell ill, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded all expectations. breakfasts were delicious, especially those perfectly cooked eggs!

The Tollgate Hotel has a cozy atmosphere with great amenities. Helpful staff and spacious rooms made the stay comfortable, although breakfast wasn't quite up to expectations with greasy dishes. The quiet area offers pleasant views, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The staff were genuinely caring. and the breakfast was great value, served on warm plates. I appreciated the lovely balcony off my room. even the manager was attentive to guests’ needs.

The cleanliness could definitely use some improvement. and the door should be replaced for better security.
